Help Fix My Car

Hi everyone, Thanks for visiting our site!

My name is Vance. I have always been the type to believe you work for what you have. I have never been in debt, and have never bought anything I couldn't afford. I have a wife and a new born baby, and we are currently living overseas for the remainder of my tour in the army. My wife does not work, and is a stay at home mother to our baby boy. Please read below for the purpose of this site..thanks.

 When I deployed to Iraq in 2007 my wife and I saved up, and used that money to buy a 2005 Nissan Xterra. It is completely paid off, and it has had no problems til just recently.

 The Transmission failed, making our only car inoperable. It failed do to the coolant leaking from the radiator into the automatic transmission fluild causing our only car to constantly slip and not go anywhere. It is our only means of transportation. I will be deploying again soon, and I do not wish to leave my family without a vehicle. We have a little saved up in our account that we made for our baby, but it's still not enough. I am hoping to raise $3,000 to pay for the $4,000 dollar fee to replace everything.

I do understand this is not an overnight thing, so even a dollar from a visitor will help.  I will keep posted on this site the progress. Thanks to everyone willing to help, and those of you that can't I understand and  God Bless!
